The Corporate Institute is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee the accounting function for international subsidiaries. The role requires 2–3 years in finance controlling and a CA degree, with SAP experience preferred.

You will support month-end close, manage accounts payable, coordinate quarterly inventory counts, and contribute to IFRS/group reporting, variance analysis, and budgeting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the entire accounting function of international subsidiaries.
• Maintain accounts per Local GAAP for local requirements and IFRS for group reporting.
• Support month-end closing activities including journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Manage accounts payable processes.
• Coordinate inventory counts with local teams on a quarterly basis.
• Handle Transfer Pricing compliance.
• Monitor trade receivables and ensure timely recoverability with accruals as needed.
• Prepare reports on operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and business inputs.

Key Performance Areas:

• 1. Responsible for the entire accounting function of international subsidiaries.
• 2. Maintaining accounts as per Local GAAP for the local requirements and as per IFRS for group reporting.
• 3. Supporting month-end closing activities, including preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• 4. Managed accounts payable processes.
• 5. Co-ordinating for the inventory counts with the local teams on a quarterly basis.
• 6. Handling Transfer Pricing related Compliances.
• 7. Monitoring Trade Receivables and having continuous discussions with the local team for the timely recoverability of the overdues and creating necessary accruals as and when necessary.
• 8. Work on reporting various operating financials, cost calculations, budgets and inputs from a commercial point of view.

Audit and Compliance:

• 1. Responsible for overseeing the external audit for the international entities; Ensures all financial documentation of the entities are collated for the external audit in collaboration with the financial team of the respective business units.

Systems and Processes:

• 1. Working on Finance Modelling and Automation.
• 2. Prioritizing the improvisations in SAP which are suggested by the local teams.

Qualification & Experience:

• – Experience 2 – 3 years in a Finance Controlling role.
• – Education essential – a CA Degree
