Job summary

NYGC Services INC is seeking a detailed Contract Specialist in Metro Manila to review and draft company agreements such as Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreements, and SLAs. The role requires interpreting terms, negotiating favorable conditions, and clearly explaining obligations to internal teams.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Business, Finance or equivalent (JD preferred), with strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Legal Management, Business, Finance or equivalent (JD preferred).
• Ability to draft agreements (MSA/SLA/SOW).
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in contract review.
• Knowledge of negotiation best practices, in-person and written.
• Strong analytical and legal research skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret agreements (Retail Lease, Amendment, Power of Attorney).
• Draft and review agreements (MSA, SLA, SOA).
• Provide support in negotiating terms and conditions of contracts.
• Maintain and update contractual records and documentation.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with contract laws and organizational policies.
