Job summary

WebBeds Services Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a data operations professional to manage hotel stop/free sales, rate changes, promotions, and supplier contracts within the central database.

You will ensure timely, accurate updates in line with SOPs and participate in Training & Development activities as part of WebBeds’ global B2B travel network. The role supports our hotel and contracting teams across the regional office.

Responsibilities

• Apply stop sales and free sales into the database from hotels/Contract Manager.
• Apply rate changes and terms and conditions amendments into the database from hotel/Contract Manager.
• Load promotions into the database from the Contract Manager.
• Load supplier contracts for Non Accommodation per information from the Contracting team.
• Ensure database is updated accurately within required service levels per SOPs.
• Participate in training refreshers and calibrations within the Department.
• Participate in Learning & Development trainings.

• Application of rate changes and terms and conditions amendments into the database system received from the hotel / Contract Manager.
• Load proomotions into the database system upon receipt from the Contract Manager.
• Load supplier contracts for Non Accommodation as per the information provided by the Contracting team.
• Ensure that the database is updated accurately and within the required service level / timeline in line with the company’s SOPs.
• Participate in the training refreshers and calibrations within the Department.
• Participate in the Learning & Development trainings.
