Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is hiring a Contract & Risk Associate to support our global client portfolio across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services. You will review contracts, draft master agreements, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with firm standards while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of experience, fluent English, and proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Korean.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1–3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
• Proficiency in one of: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, or Korean
• Strong verbal and written communication in required language and English

Responsibilities

• Review contracts to identify potential risks
• Develop and implement strategies for contractual risk mitigation and monitoring
• Provide advisory support on compliance and regulatory requirements
• Prepare and review master agreements to align with client needs and standards
• Gather and synthesize information to discern patterns and inform decision-making
