Job summary

HR Primo Management Services is seeking a Contract Logistics Solutions Specialist in Metro Manila to design commercially viable warehouse solutions based on client requirements, operating costs, and space needs. This role focuses on pricing, cost modeling, and proposal development, not day-to-day warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 3 years hands-on experience in contract logistics or 3PL.
• Experience in pricing and costing, warehouse solutions design, or capacity planning.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for costing and financial modeling.
• Able to translate client requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and commercial proposals for warehousing, trucking, and contract logistics services.
• Prepare Excel-based cost simulations, rate structures, capacity calculations, and P&L analysis.
• Assess profitability and commercial viability of potential contract logistics accounts.
• Translate client requirements into practical warehouse solutions and capacity plans.
• Prepare or improve warehouse layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
• Analyze storage capacity, space utilization, racking configuration, picking flow, and operational requirements.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure proposed solutions are practical and executable.
• Support Business Development in preparing customized solutions, bids, tenders, and client proposals.
• Coordinate with warehouse owners, brokers, MHE suppliers, and other vendors for solution development.
• Gather warehouse rental rates, vendor costs, equipment specs for pricing.
• Support warehouse setup and initial implementation of approved projects.
• Maintain pricing models, costing sheets, proposal templates, and related solution documentation.

We are looking for a Contract Logistics Solutions Specialist with hands‑on experience in contract logistics or 3PL to support pricing, warehouse solution design, and commercial proposal development.

The role combines pricing and cost modeling, warehouse layout planning, capacity analysis, and proposal preparation for new and existing contract logistics opportunities.

This is not a warehouse operations role. The position focuses on designing commercially viable warehouse solutions based on client requirements, operating costs, space requirements, and operational feasibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and commercial proposals for warehousing, trucking, and contract logistics services.

• Prepare Excel-based cost simulations, rate structures, capacity calculations, and P&L analysis.

Must-Have Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in contract logistics or 3PL.

• Experience in at least one of the following:

  • Contract logistics pricing and costing

  • Warehouse solutions design

  • Warehouse planning or capacity planning

  • Supply chain solutions

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for costing, financial modeling, data analysis, or profitability analysis.

• Good understanding of warehousing operations, storage requirements, capacity, and operational cost drivers.

• Able to translate client requirements into commercially and operationally practical solutions.

Strong Advantages

• Experience preparing warehouse layouts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.

• Experience with warehouse setup, racking, material handling equipment, or facility planning.

• Experience preparing client proposals, bids, or tender documents.

• Exposure to warehousing, trucking, and integrated 3PL solutions.

• Industrial Engineering or warehouse solutions background.
