As a Contract Analyst II at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or related field, preferably in pharma or clinical research.
• Strong understanding of contract law, regulatory requirements for clinical trials and vendor agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and analyzing contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to clinical trial activities and vendor relationships.
• Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining accurate records of contract status, milestones, and deliverables in contract management systems.
• Providing guidance on contract interpretation, compliance, and dispute resolution.
