ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization seeking a Senior Investigator Pricing Analyst to develop and analyze pricing strategies for clinical trial investigators. You will be embedded within a Pharmaceutical Company and support forecast accuracy, reporting, and financial planning across global studies.

You will lead pricing tasks, translate protocol assumptions into cash flows, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure audit-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, life sciences, statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in clinical trial finance, forecasting, budgeting, grants/payments, or CRO financial management.
• Ability to build forecasts tying operational assumptions to financial outcomes.
• Excel modeling skills and comfort with large multi-study datasets.
• Strong communication to align stakeholders on assumptions, risks, and updates.
• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and investigator payments tasks with focus on quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop, track, and maintain investigator grant forecasting processes by study, country, site, and milestone.
• Translate enrollment curves, visit schedules, and timelines into cash flow forecasts.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to reconcile forecast vs. actuals and update assumptions regularly.
• Monitor payment drivers to identify forecast risks and opportunities.
• Support standardized forecasting methodologies, templates, and controls across studies.
