Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 0 to 4 years of experience (internships or part-time roles in marketing, advertising, or production are a plus).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supports account and production teams with routine tasks such as preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and tracking timelines.
• Learns agency processes, client workflows, and production execution under guidance.
• Develops foundational skills in prioritization, problem-solving, and supporting client and production deliverables.
• Provides support to account teams in day-to-day client communications and meeting preparation.
• Assists in creating presentations, reports, and production-related materials.
• Helps ensure smooth execution of client requests and production follow-ups under guidance.
• Assists with campaign and production documentation, resourcing, and timeline tracking.
• Supports basic reporting, data collection, and organization of materials.
• Gains exposure to production processes, tools, and workflows.
• Supports financial documentation, production cost tracking, and budget monitoring under supervision.
• Helps maintain budget and expense records for projects.
