RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce High-Impact B2B Content: Research and write deep-dive whitepapers, customer case studies, product explainers, executive op-eds, and landing page copy tailored to enterprise BFSI and SaaS audiences.
• Build AI-Augmented Content Pipelines: Leverage LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline technical research, synthesize transcripts, build comprehensive outlines, and repurpose long-form assets into multi-channel campaigns.
• Content Atomization & Distribution: Turn a single cornerstone asset (e.g., an industry report or case study) into targeted LinkedIn posts, e-mail nurture sequences, newsletters, and visual slide decks.
• SME Interviewing & Synthesis: Conduct structured interviews with product managers, tech leaders, and client executives to extract technical insights and turn them into compelling narratives.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor organic reach, engagement, newsletter retention, and content-assisted pipeline to continuously refine topics and formats.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Domain Experience: 2-3 years of proven content marketing or copy experience specifically within B2B SaaS, FinTech, Banking, or Enterprise Technology.
• Complex-to-Clear Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to dissect complex topics (e.g., API infrastructure, digital banking modernization, cloud workflows) and make them engaging for business decision-makers.
• AI-Fluent Workflow: Active, hands-on experience using LLMs to enhance research depth, brainstorm angles, and scale distribution (not relying on AI for generic, unedited text).
• Flawless Editorial Standards: Impeccable command of English, sharp structural editing, and an allergy to corporate buzzwords and filler.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience ghostwriting for founders, C-suite executives, or industry leaders on LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with B2B SEO research tools (Ahrefs, Semrush) and CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow).
• Basic understanding of visual design or layout tools (Canva, Figma) to brief design teams effectively.
