Job summary

Wati, the AI-powered customer engagement platform, seeks a content writer to plan, write, and edit blog content aligned with SEO strategy and the marketing funnel, while crafting landing pages and email flows.

You will conduct keyword research, collaborate with marketing and product teams, and help educate mid-market customers across LATAM to grow engagement and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS or martech.
• Spanish & Portuguese speaker (required).
• Fluent English (required).
• Portuguese is a plus, but not required.
• Prior experience in content creation, copywriting, and on-page SEO.
• Familiarity with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
• Experience with email marketing and automation platforms.
• Familiarity with building landing pages (LP builder / CMS tools).
• Analytical mindset and ability to connect content production to business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and edit blog content, including editorial topics aligned with SEO strategy and the marketing funnel
• Conduct keyword research and on-page SEO optimization, ensuring content is discovered organically by the target audience
• Create and manage email marketing flows, including lead nurturing and institutional communications
• Develop market educational content with the Customer Success and Sales teams, turning Wati as a Thought Leadership & Brand Educator
• Create and optimize landing pages focused on conversion, aligned with acquisition and lead generation campaigns
• Monitor content performance (organic traffic, rankings, engagement) and adjust strategy based on data
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Design, and Product teams to ensure message and brand consistency
