You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, manage editorial calendars, and repurpose content for diverse channels while ensuring brand, legal, and compliance standards are met.

Content creation
Use creative briefs and messaging guides to draft content such as articles, blogs, white papers, LinkedIn posts, infographics, and case studies
Manage the creation of event assets, including booth designs, event materials, social media content
Repurpose long‑form content (e.g., white papers) into short‑form assets such as LinkedIn posts, infographics, and short articles
Create and maintain sales toolkits
Manage the creation and distribution of the monthly sales newsletter
Complete content briefs for website creation and updates
Build and update bills of materials (e.g., decks, one‑pagers, FAQs) using approved messaging and creative briefs
Create battle cards using completed research and approved inputs
Sales Enablement Operations
Manage and maintain the Sales Hub
Manage the annual audit of sales and marketing materials, including assigning assets to product marketers for review, tracking feedback, applying edits, and maintaining an asset tracker with details such as last review date and legal approval status
Maintain and manage the archive of marketing and sales assets
Track asset usage and performance metrics
Maintain and update team SOPs
Manage editorial calendars and content trackers
Apply brand, legal, and compliance edits once approvals are received
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re‑assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
3+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on content creation
Experience writing content such as white papers, articles, blogs and social media content
Ability to be highly organized and to multi‑task, managing a high volume of tactics from concept to execution to optimization
Ability to be a team player with solid interpersonal skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders and build good working relationships
Demonstrated ability to project manage
Comfortable with ambiguity and able to shift projects and strategies to meet the changing landscape
Experience designing PowerPoint presentations
Experience marketing to provider and health plan/insurance organizations
Experience supporting sophisticated sales organizations and fast‑paced technology marketing teams
