Job summary

GrowthAssistant is seeking an SEO & AEO Content Specialist to own organic and AI-search visibility for a fast-growing marketing organization serving enterprise brands across financial services, SaaS, and other verticals. You will manage the content publishing workflow end-to-end, including on-page SEO checks, internal linking, and keyword research through topical mapping and editorial briefs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO, content ops, or on-page optimization experience with published results.
• Experience managing and publishing content in WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, or similar CMS.
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, crawlers, PageSpeed Insights, and major SEO suites.

Responsibilities

• Content Publishing & QA: manage monthly publishing workflow and ensure metadata completeness before publishing.
• Internal Linking & On-Page SEO: add relevant internal links and validate via AI tools.
• Keyword & Content Research: conduct keyword and topic research using Semrush, Conductor, or similar tools.
• Topical Mapping & Calendar: own topical maps and plan content calendar by funnel stage.
• Content Briefs: turn research into editorial briefs with keywords and entities.
• SEO Reporting & Technical Monitoring: assist with performance reporting and audits.
• LLM Visibility & AI Search Tracking: use LLM-visibility tools to surface trusted sources and track AI surfaces.
