Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and curriculum-aligned learning materials (lesson plans, modules, worksheets, presentations, and assessments)
• Research and ensure accuracy, relevance, and quality of educational content
• Align content with academic standards and learning objectives
• Collaborate with teachers, subject matter experts, and the academic team to improve materials
• Review, edit, and update existing content to maintain quality and effectiveness
• Create both digital and print-ready instructional materials
• Incorporate interactive and innovative teaching strategies into content
• Ensure content is learner-centered, age-appropriate, and easy to understand
• Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of materials through feedback and assessment results
• Maintain organized documentation of all developed content
