Job summary

Tria Vision Corporation is seeking a Content Creator to produce engaging video content on-site in Manila. You will conceptualize, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok) while crafting compelling hooks and storytelling to engage audiences.

Responsibilities include leading content ideation, translating campaigns into high-performing content, and maintaining a structured content calendar. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and the role operates Monday to Friday on-site.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in content creation or related field (freelance or in-house).
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut).
• Creative, detail-oriented, and up-to-date with digital trends.

Location: Antonio Rivera St., Tondo, Manila

Work Setup: On-site, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do:

Video Content Creation (Core Focus)

• Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)
• Develop strong hooks, storytelling, and pacing to maximize engagement and retention
• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, visuals, and messaging
• Adapt content for both organic and paid campaigns

Content Planning & Strategy

• Lead content ideation and planning aligned with marketing goals
• Translate campaign objectives into high-performing content
• Create and maintain a structured content calendar

Video Editing & Optimization

• Edit videos with captions, transitions, motion graphics, and sound design
• Optimize content based on platform trends and audience behavior
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 6 months of experience in content creation or a related field (freelance or in-house)
• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (CapCut)
