Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
2–3 years of digital marketing and social media experience.
Proficient with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Ability to interpret social media metrics and act to improve campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.

FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively seeking an enthusiastic Content Creator who is innovative, creative, and visionary to anticipate the needs of the market. The candidate is expected to have a wide range of experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

Organize and set up plans on digital content across all online platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
Boost the company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
Continuous enhancement by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social media data/metrics (SEO enhancement).
Design and implement creative marketing strategies and marketing content.
Working together with our social media partners and third-party agency.
Plan and organize the social media calendar.
In charge of engaging the audience thru social media platforms and maximizing the use of our web tools

Job Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in business studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media.
Comprehensive in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.)
Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills.
Can work well under pressure with an ability to multi-task.
Must be innovative, creative, and being visionary to anticipate the needs of the market.
Knowledgeable using Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, Canva, etc.
Hybrid set-up.
Willing to work on-site if it’s necessary.
