Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Communication or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of digital marketing and social media experience.
• Proficient with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to interpret social media metrics and act to improve campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Innovative, creative and market visionary.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement digital content plans across platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, etc.).
• Boost company pages to increase visibility of social content.
• Analyze social media data and SEO metrics for continuous improvement.
• Design and execute creative marketing strategies and content.
• Collaborate with social media partners and third-party agencies.
• Plan and manage the social media calendar.
• Engage audiences across platforms and leverage web tools.
