Job summary

MicroSourcing in Eastwood, Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Content Coordinator to support marketing campaigns, content updates, website management, and communications. The role is hybrid with day shifts and involves collaboration with global teams to keep programs running smoothly.

You will handle website copy, landing pages, social media scheduling, email campaigns, reporting, and day-to-day team administration.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with general website maintenance and ensuring information remains current, accurate and SEO friendly
• Updating and maintaining website marketing content including copy, images, blogs, landing pages, and product information using NetSuite, Plytix, and Prismic
• Creating landing pages to promote products, services, campaigns, and events
• Supporting basic graphic design tasks such as image cropping, resizing, and branded content creation using Canva
• Using AI tools to assist with writing SEO-friendly blog posts and content to support website optimisation and search rankings
• Assisting the marketing team with organising and maintaining image and content libraries
• Scheduling and publishing content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Google
• Maintaining social media content calendars and coordinating scheduled content
• Responding to social media enquiries, comments, and Google reviews in a professional and friendly manner
• Assisting with campaign coordination and content rollouts across multiple platforms
• Monitoring social media engagement, platform performance, and reporting on activity and results
• Creating and scheduling EDMs, newsletters, and promotional campaigns using Mailchimp templates
• Coordinating campaign scheduling and email distribution
• EDM audience management and segmentation support
• Assisting with reporting on campaign performance, engagement, and marketing activity
• Managing the marketing inbox and assisting with team correspondence
• Supporting day-to-day marketing administration tasks to help keep projects organised and on track
• Organising quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and budgeting support
• Assisting with capturing and maintaining marketing leads within the CRM
