Job summary

Reuters Philippines is seeking a Content Author to own the content production process, from writing and editing to coding, copyreading, merging, rendering, loading, and validating in Adobe Experience Manager. You’ll transform source material from multiple resources into clear, customer-facing content under guidance, while building independent proficiency over time.

You will work with a team, meet deadlines, test content across formats, and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to write, edit and publish clear, customer-facing content.
• Experience following and improving structured content workflows.
• Comfort working with incomplete or conflicting source material.

Responsibilities

• Read source material and write, edit, and update content with guidance from seniors.
• Handle content production tasks in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Turn mixed-source material into clear, well-organized content for customers.
• Meet deadlines by managing workload and collaborating with teammates.
• Test and review content across formats and suggest process improvements.
