Visa Hunt is seeking a Content Architect and Growth Operator to transform organic social presence into a high-performance acquisition channel. You will bridge creative storytelling with algorithmic performance, engineering reach, retention, and revenue through scalable creator partnerships.

You will design and own a viral short-form strategy across major platforms, build a creator program, and provide strategic input on assets to unify a conversion-focused narrative across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing accounts and generating millions of views with strategic short-form video.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing creators or influencers for long-term performance partnerships.
• Expert in narrative tension and retention editing to stop the scroll in the first 1.5 seconds.
• Ability to make professional services
• understanding platform updates and creator psychology to find the next edge

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a high-velocity short-form video strategy across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn; own the hook, the script, and the retention logic that drives distribution.
• Design, launch, and scale the Creator Program from the ground up, including incentive models and infrastructure to manage external voices.
• Provide strategic input on assets including website headlines, campaign visuals, and landing pages to ensure cohesive, conversion-focused narratives.
• Identify emerging platform trends and translate them into the B2B niche to stay ahead of saturation and maintain leadership.
• Analyze watch-time and drop-off data to iterate formats and boost follower growth and pipeline velocity.
