TDCX in Pasig, Philippines is hiring a CRM and Proposals Specialist to review RFI/RFPs, draft responses, and coordinate cross-functional data gathering for client solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or Communications, hands-on experience with CRM tools and data mining, and excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–5 years in a related role is preferred.
• Hands-on data mining, lead qualification and contact verification experience.
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review RFI and RFP documents and draft responses once scope is established.
• Create proposals in documents and presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional groups for data gathering and defining the Scope of Work.
• Prepare and assist in client visits.
• Record and maintain data in CRM tools, meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Share best practices and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Handle additional duties within your employment category as assigned.

What is your mission?

• Review RFI and RFP documents and draft responses once the scope and requirements are established.
• Create proposals in documents and presentations.
• Coordinate with cross functional groups for data gathering and defining the Scope of Work.
• Prepare ans assist in client visits.
• Record and maintain data in CRM tools, meet or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Share best practices, constructive feeback, and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications or any related field
• Preferably with 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience on data mining, lead qualification, and contact verification.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in CRM tools and Microsoft office.
• Showcases reliability and the ability to work in a high profile position with minimal supervision and management.
• Ability to solve problems proactively with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple initiatives under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market.
