Job summary

CGI is hiring for a Consumer Banking Relationship Agent at McKinley, Manila, 100% onsite with a fixed nightshift. Salary ranges up to PHP 23,000 basic plus allowance and joining bonus. Open to HS/SHS graduates or college undergraduates with BPO voice experience.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of voice customer service experience, prefer international accounts, and a minimum 1-year tenure at previous jobs. Nightshift onsite setup only.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• - Open to HS Graduate (old curriculum), SHS Graduate, College Undergraduate or Graduate
• - Minimum of 6 months voice account or customer service experience required
• - Must have BPO experience, specifically voice account with international account (Local accounts like GCASH, local banks, local telcos are NOT qualified)
• - At least 1 year tenure per company - Job hoppers not accepted
• - Must have excellent conversational communication skills
• - Amenable to work 100% onsite in McKinley, fixed nightshift schedule

SALARY RANGES: NON-NEGOTIABLE

• - Php 18,000 basic (6 mos exp)
• - Php 20,000 - 21,000 basic (1-2 yrs exp)
• - Php 22,000 - 23,000 basic (2-3 yrs exp)
• - Plus Php 3,200 allowance
• - Plus joining bonus equivalent to one month's basic salary
