This role will research, isolate, diagnose, resolve and follow-up on problems for customer change events. When necessary, the Consultant I will also manage escalated events as appropriate.# **Essential Responsibilities / Duties*** Install, upgrade, test, and configure systems as part of completing implementation project.* Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs, and to understand clients' business objectives and goals* Inform customer and other stakeholders of project progress* Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products* Conduct tasks and assignments as directed* Work under moderate supervision with some latitude for independent judgment* Track progress of Implementation project(s).
