Job summary

TransUnion Philippines is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial insights that drive business decisions.

This is a hybrid role, with regular virtual work and in-person days at a TU office location for a minimum of two days per week. An individual contributor role focuses on execution, analysis, and stakeholder support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2-4 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills with problem-solving ability.
• Advanced Excel; experience with planning tools (Oracle/Hyperion) is a plus.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results (P&L, variance, KPIs).
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, scenario analyses.
• Partner with leaders to understand financial drivers and costs.
• Provide timely financial insights for operations and strategy.
• Identify risks/opportunities and elevate to FP&A leadership.
• Support cost management, productivity, and efficiency initiatives.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner

Supports TransUnion Philippines’ financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities. This role partners closely with local and regional stakeholders to deliver accurate financial analysis, insights, and reporting that support business and operational decision‑making. The role is primarily an individual contributor, with accountability for execution, analysis, and stakeholder support rather than people leadership. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in‑person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

• Support the annual budget, forecast, and long‑range planning cycles for TransUnion Philippines, in alignment with regional and global finance timelines.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial results, including P&L, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support business planning and management reviews.
• Partner with functional leaders and budget owners to understand financial drivers, cost trends, and business assumptions.
• Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in identifying risks and opportunities and elevate findings to FP&A leadership as appropriate.
• Support cost management, productivity, and efficiency initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting in accordance with TransUnion standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting tools, and financial systems.
• Support ad‑hoc analysis, business cases, and management presentations as required.

Required Knowledge And Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis roles.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, or similar planning tools) is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non‑finance stakeholders.
• High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a multinational or matrixed organization, preferably within shared services or regional finance teams.
• Exposure to ERP systems, financial planning tools, or business intelligence platforms.
• Working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.
• Experience supporting APAC or global finance processes is a plus.
