One Food Group is seeking a Warehouse/Supply Chain Coordinator in Quezon City to develop a robust stock-out detection system and oversee timely deliveries. You will monitor supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions to keep projects on track.
The role requires a background in Industrial Engineering or related fields, SAP familiarity, and strong problem-solving and communication abilities. On-site work with some field visits is expected.
Develops and continuously improves a robust system for early detection of stock-outs.
Monitors timeliness of deliveries and reliability of suppliers.
Identifies major causes of delays within the supply chain pipeline and proactively coordinates with concerned individuals or groups in formulating corrective actions to arrest the problem.
Prepares purchase request form for stock items that reach the established re-ordering point
Manage Warehouse Team for their daily task and coordinate for shipment of materials to the project site.
A graduate of Industrial Engineering or related courses for warehouse management, supply chain and operation management
With knowledge on engineering and construction materials and inventory.
SAP system oriented
Strong skills in Problem Solving, Strategic Planning, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Critical Thinking, Management Skills,
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Willing to work in Quezon City and report full time on-site with occasional fieldwork as needed.
