Job summary

Highpoint Property Ventures in Cebu City seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily construction warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, issuing and monitoring materials, tools, and equipment.

You will maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely issuance to project sites, enforce safety procedures, and supervise warehouse staff to keep an organized, efficient environment. A bachelor's degree (advantage) and 3+ years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor in construction.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment inventory management.
• Proficient in inventory control, stock monitoring, and warehouse reporting.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
• Can work with minimal supervision and under pressure.
