Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school or vocational graduate status.
• Experience as a timekeeper, preferably in construction.
• Proficient in Excel and basic payroll concepts.

Responsibilities

• Record daily time-in/time-out and attendance of workers.
• Prepare and maintain Daily Time Records (DTR).
• Monitor absences, tardiness, undertime, and overtime.
• Track daily manpower deployment at the site.
• Coordinate attendance with foremen and supervisors.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly attendance reports.
• Assist HR/Admin with payroll-related timekeeping records.
• Maintain organized timekeeping files.
