Zusammenfassung

Griffco Design/Build, Inc. is seeking a skilled field operations leader to drive projects from mobilization to completion across the United States.

You will coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, inspections and daily field activities to keep projects moving safely and efficiently, while partnering with PM teams to monitor productivity and costs. Ideal candidates bring OSHA certification, strong leadership and the ability to read construction drawings, with a track record of delivering

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading commercial and/or industrial construction projects from the field.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications and subcontract documents.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades while maintaining safety, quality and schedule performance.
• OSHA certification required; First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software such as Procore.
• Willingness to travel nationwide to support projects across the United States.

• Ensure every phase of construction meets Griffco's quality standards and project specifications and inspection requirements.
• Communicate proactively through daily reports, project meetings and short-term planning.
• Develop and drive short-term look-ahead schedules to keep work progressing safetly and efficiently.
• Mentor field personnel, foster teamwork and create a jobsite where people are proud to work.

What You'll Bring
