Bauer Foundations Philippines Inc. is seeking personnel for on-site construction support in Quezon City, Metro Manila. The role involves preparing and maintaining sites, coordinating materials handling, and assisting with scaffolding and temporary structures under safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have initial construction experience, basic tool knowledge, and the ability to work at heights up to 6 meters. English communication is required for site coordination and safety briefings.

Qualifications

• First professional experience in construction industry.
• Basic knowledge of power and hand tools.
• Ability to work at height up to 6.0 m.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing work areas, removing potential hazards, and supporting excavation, backfilling, and ground compaction activities.
• Coordinate the loading, unloading, transportation, and storage of construction materials to ensure efficient site operations and workflow continuity.
• Assist in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding, bracing systems, and other temporary site structures in accordance with safety requirements.
• Operate and maintain hand-held and power-driven construction equipment while ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures.
• Provide daily operational support to skilled trades personnel and site supervisors during construction, installation, and maintenance activities.
