Job summary

BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH is seeking a Construction Helper (m/f/x) for its subsidiary BAUER Foundations Philippines, Inc. in Quezon City.

You will prepare and maintain sites, coordinate material handling, assist with scaffolding, operate basic tools, and support skilled trades on site. Candidates should have initial experience in construction, basic tool knowledge, ability to work at height up to 6 meters, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• First professional experience in construction industry.
• Basic knowledge in using power and hand tools.
• Ability to work at height up to max. 6.0 m.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing work areas and supporting excavation and backfilling.
• Coordinate loading/unloading and transport of materials to ensure smooth site operations.
• Assist in erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding and temporary structures with safety compliance.
• Operate and maintain hand-held and power-driven construction equipment per safety standards.
• Provide daily operational support to skilled trades personnel and site supervisors.

• Prepare and maintain construction sites by clearing work areas, removing potential hazards, and supporting excavation, backfilling, and ground compaction activities
  
• Coordinate the loading, unloading, transportation, and storage of construction materials to ensure efficient site operations and workflow continuity
  
• Assist in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding, bracing systems, and other temporary site structures in accordance with safety requirements
  
• Operate and maintain hand-held and power-driven construction equipment while ensuring compliance with applicable safety standards and procedures
  
• Provide daily operational support to skilled trades personnel and site supervisors during construction, installation, and maintenance activities

Your profile:
