Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course required or equivalent.
• Extensive experience as a Safety Officer in construction.
• COSH and BOSH certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of construction site safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor OHS programs and policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and non-conformities.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend preventive measures.
• Lead safety orientations, trainings, and toolbox talks.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
• Investigate incidents and prepare safety reports for management.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve safety concerns.
