Job summary

Joy~Nostalg Group is seeking a Risk Management Head to oversee health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across construction sites. You will develop policies, implement protocols, and direct field personnel and service providers to protect people, assets, and operations.

Responsibilities include security oversight, policy development, emergency readiness, government liaison, and continuous improvement through new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Extensive background in security management for large properties.
• Experience supervising internal teams and outsourced security providers.
• COSH/BOSH certification and risk management training are advantageous.
• Licensing as a Security Practitioner is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations across construction sites and related areas.
• Ensure trained security personnel are deployed and sites are protected.
• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and SOPs.
• Lead emergency response and coordinate with stakeholders during crises.
• Coordinate with LGUs and regulatory agencies to safeguard assets.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and reduce costs.
• Supervise health and safety personnel and outsourced security agencies.
