Job summary

Gencore Construction Corporation seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

You will manage planning, scheduling, and execution while leading engineers, site teams, and contractors, controlling budgets, timelines, and resources. The role requires PRC licensure and 5+ years in project/construction management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred).
• PRC Licensed Engineer.
• 5+ years in project or construction management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, plans, specs, and project execution.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Office, and other PM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project planning, scheduling, and time-management skills.
• Willing to relocate and be assigned to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Lead engineers, site teams, and contractors

• Prepare project reports and documentation
