Job summary
Shore360, a 100% Australian-owned BP firm in the Philippines, seeks an Architect/Engineer to manage construction admin, submittals, logs, vendor communications, and takeoffs. You will use Primavera, Oracle, and Procore and work independently on bids, schedules, and documentation for commercial projects.
Experience with USA-based firms is a plus. This full-time role offers growth and steady workflow in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Must speak excellent English and read technical documents with precision.
- Detail-oriented with ability to read blueprints and specs.
- Experience with construction admin, bidding, and procurement.
Responsibilities
- Estimating and takeoffs
- Drafting in CAD
- Sending RFQs and RFPs to vendors and subs and following up on pricing
- Using online platforms to solicit bids from vendors
- Managing submittal logs and data sheets
- Project schedules and budget analysis
- Preparing change orders and related documents
- Managing Google Drive, emails, and filing
- Accounts payable organization and management
- Preparing close-out document folders
