Sodexo On- Site Services Philippines, Inc. in Laguna, Cabuyao is seeking a Licensed Engineer with at least 5 years of project management experience to lead complex construction and facilities projects.

You will oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and final handover, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance throughout. Responsibilities include preparing BOQ and cost estimates, tracking schedules and budgets, coordinating with clients and contractors, and identifying cost-saving opportunities

Qualificações

• Licensed Engineer with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management, construction, facilities management, or building services.
• Experience managing construction, MEPF, fit-out, renovation, or maintenance projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects from planning, execution, and monitoring through final handover.
• Prepare and manage BOQ, cost estimates, and progress billings.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall performance.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review project costs, variations, and additional works to maximize project value and profitability.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and billing requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and business growth.
