Job summary

Power 4 All is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead and coordinate construction and engineering projects from planning to turnover. You will manage cross-functional teams, ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery within budget, and communicate with clients and stakeholders.

You will oversee site mobilization, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers, and drive schedules, cost control, and risk management to meet project

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field and PRC-licensed Engineer preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction, engineering, project management, or related field.
Experience in Water Treatment/Wastewater projects is a plus.
Strong knowledge of planning, scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, and site coordination.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction and engineering projects from planning, mobilization, execution, commissioning, and completion through final turnover.
Coordinate with clients, engineering teams, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor costs, schedules, and scope; identify risks and implement corrective actions.
Lead site meetings, progress reviews, and documentation to management and clients.
Ensure adherence to codes, permits, and project specifications across disciplines.
