You will source suppliers, negotiate purchases, process requests, monitor deliveries, and coordinate with project teams to ensure materials and equipment are available on schedule. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in purchasing or warehouse operations preferred.
• Construction industry experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of procurement and inventory management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Valid Driver's License is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Source suppliers and negotiate purchases.
• Process purchase requests and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate procurement with project teams.
• Manage warehouse inventory and material issuance.
• Monitor company assets and inventory records.
• Oversee vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and dispatch.
• Prepare procurement and inventory reports.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
