Job summary

ROTAFLEX CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT CORP is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk to manage daily receiving, storing, issuing, and delivery of construction materials and tools on site in the Philippines. You will maintain accurate records, conduct regular stock counts, and reconcile discrepancies to ensure smooth site operations.

• Manage daily receiving, storing, issuing, and delivery of construction materials, tools, equipment, and formwork
• Maintain accurate inventory records; conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Track all incoming/outgoing items; update inventory logs & prepare weekly/monthly inventory reports
• Handle & organize power tools, heavy equipment, formworks, and construction supplies safely and systematically
• Ensure proper storage conditions; label items clearly for quick retrieval
• Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and procurement for material requests & restocking
• Operate warehouse equipment safely; comply with all site safety rules & regulations
