Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• 8–10 years construction experience with 3–4 years in manager roles on commercial/infrastructure projects.
• Experience with project planning, progress reporting, and on-site control.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination across clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera P6 and standard reporting formats.
• PRC-licensed civil engineer is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, sequence, and drive full-cycle site execution from mobilization to turnover.
• Exercise full site control over trades, sequencing, and conflicts.
• Monitor progress against schedule and implement recovery plans.
• Prepare and issue regular progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Review drawings and RFIs, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Oversee site safety, QA/QC, and material logistics.
• Represent the company in site meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Work extended hours and weekends as project milestones require.
