Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management, preferably in warehouse, storage facility or commercial building development.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining quality and timeliness.
• Excellent organisational, planning and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and manage diverse on-site teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites regularly.
• Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is advantageous.
• Experience working in the Philippines construction industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with established timelines, budgets and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
• Manage site safety protocols and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and best practices
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to verify work meets specifications and industry standards
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including daily reports, permits and correspondence
• Identify and resolve project challenges, delays and cost overruns promptly and effectively
• Communicate project status, risks and updates to senior management and stakeholders on a regular basis
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures and control costs to maximise profitability
• Lead and supervise on-site teams, including labourers, supervisors and specialist contractors
