Job summary

Chroma Hospitality, Inc. is seeking a Lead Construction Engineer to oversee hospitality facility projects from start to finish in Cebu City.

You will drive safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery by leading technical teams, solving complex issues, and coordinating with clients and contractors while maintaining the highest quality standards.

A Philippine-licensed Civil Engineer with at least 5 years in project and construction management is required; an Architect background is considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with 5+ years in project and construction management.
• Architect background or licensure may be considered as an asset.

Responsibilities

• Govern project execution to meet time, quality and cost targets.
• Coordinate technical problem resolution and site contract administration, including billing.
• Communicate issues with urgency to clients and stakeholders.
• Oversee project maintenance from construction through handover and warranty.
• Provide safety leadership to enforce standards and asset integrity.

A Lead construction engineer is responsible for overseeing the execution of construction project from start to completion. The technical leader will ensure projects are delivered safely, transparently, on time, within budget and with highest quality standard.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Project Operation governance and execution toensure time, quality and cost are met based on company standards andcommitments to client.
2. Technical problem resolution and contractormanagement for site issues and concernsincluding transparent billing evaluation and processing.
3. Responsible communication to address projectissues and concern with sense of urgency including client assistance related toproject concern.
4. Project maintenance during construction up tohandover and warranty of the project.
5. Safety leadership to enforce strict safetystandards, hazard preemption and asset integrity.
