Job summary

MicroSourcing is recruiting a Construction Estimator for its Hybrid position at SM Downtown, Cagayan De Oro City. You will measure tender drawings and prepare BOQ for various construction elements, including metalwork, FF&E, windows and joinery.

The candidate should have a background in construction estimating or quantity surveying and proficiency with CAD tools like Planswift. Ideal applicants will be university graduates in construction-related fields, capable of working in a fast turnaround

Qualifications

• Training in construction estimating or quantity surveying.
• Ability to utilize CAD measuring programs like Planswift or similar.
• Structured and methodical with ability to work under quick turnaround times.
• Exposure to aluminium and steel fabrication projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Measuring tender drawing sets and providing BOQ for type and materials of construction elements including metalwork packages (FF&E, Windows, Joinery).

• Measuring tender drawing sets and providing BOQ for type and materials of construction elements including metalwork packages. FF&E, Windows, Joinery etc

Qualifications

• Preferably training in construction estimating or quantity surveyor space. Must have capability to utilize CAD measuring programs etc like Planswift or similar.
• Structured and methodical with the ability to work within quick turnaround times and reactive based works.
• Preferably university level graduate or completing a relevant degree within the construction space.
• Exposure to aluminium and steel fabrication supply and install projects a benefit. Worked within commercial construction sector a benefit.
