Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in cost management or construction projects.
• Strong understanding of quantity surveying, tools, and methodologies.
• Native-level proficiency in local language, Business-level proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in Cost-X or equivalent cost estimation software.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage core functions of cost management services for construction projects.
• Estimating, rate analysis, and cost planning with final cost plans presentation to clients.
• Tendering and procurement management, including pre-qualification, tender analysis, and contract documents.
• Managing post-contract cost variances and supporting change control processes.
• Producing monthly post-contract cost reports and presenting to the client.
• Collaborating with the client and other consultants; contributing to knowledge management and team development.
