Job summary

Cybalink Solutions is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Pasig, focusing on measuring construction works and preparing detailed BOQs for commercial and industrial projects.

You will review drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and ensure accuracy; this role does not cover pricing or variation assessment. Join a dynamic, growth-focused firm with competitive benefits and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience for commercial and industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of design & construct tendering.
• Proficient in Cubit Estimating System and Mudshark Take-Off System.
• Competent with AutoCAD LT, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare accurate BOQs for Architectural, Structural, Civil, and Landscaping works.
• Deliver BOQs on time and in alignment with tender schedules.
• Identify omissions, variations, and ambiguities in drawings and specifications.
• Prepare contract vs as-built comparisons and variation measurements.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all estimating processes.
• Support project teams with data analysis, tender documentation, and related tasks.
