Job summary

Viventis Search Asia is seeking an Audit Manager to oversee internal audit activities across construction projects and business operations, ensuring compliance with policies and controls. You will lead the audit team, review project cost control, procurement, and financial records, and coordinate with Finance, Project Management, Procurement, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of audit experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or property development.
• Experience in internal auditing, project cost control, procurement audits, and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, risk management, and internal control systems.
• Excellent analytical, investigative, communication, and leadership skills.
• Willing to conduct site visits when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal audit plans for construction projects and company operations.
• Review project budgets, costs, expenses, billing, and financial records.
• Audit procurement, subcontractor payments, materials usage, equipment, and inventory.
• Evaluate internal controls, policies, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Identify financial discrepancies, operational risks, and potential fraud.
• Conduct site audits and investigate irregularities.
• Prepare audit reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Project Management, Procurement, and Operations teams.
• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations.
• Lead and supervise the internal audit team.
