About the role

Responsible for providing excellent guest service by assisting with guest inquiries, luggage handling, transportation arrangements, and driving guests safely to their destinations. Ensures a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming experience for guests while maintaining vehicle cleanliness and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with luggage, directions, and general inquiries.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation for guests, employees, and authorized personnel.
• Drive guests to and from designated destinations, including airports and other locations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of assigned vehicles.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist with transportation schedules, airport transfers, and guest pick-up arrangements.
• Provide accurate information regarding hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions.
• Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments regarding guest requests and transportation needs.
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Maintain professional behavior and protect guest privacy and confidentiality.

About you

• High school graduate; a degree or vocational qualification in Hospitality Management is an advantage.
