Good news - Concentrix Alabang is now hiring for Non-Voice Chat Support roles, plus Voice accounts are also open.

Location: Concentrix Alabang, Muntinlupa

Limited slots available

NON-VOICE Chat Support (Priority Opening)

• Pure Chat Support
• Email / Back Office (subject to availability)

Voice accounts are also open depending on business needs.

(Account assignment will depend on assessment results and availability.)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers via chat, email, or phone
• Provide accurate information about products, billing, or services
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document interactions properly in the system
• Meet quality and productivity targets

Full training will be provided.

No Experience? That's Okay!

If you've worked in customer-facing roles around Alabang, you already qualify.

Examples:
