Concentrix Alabang in Muntinlupa is hiring for non-voice chat support roles with some voice accounts depending on business needs. SHS/HS grads with no experience are welcome; on-site work in Alabang and shifting schedules are available.

You will assist customers via chat, email, or phone, provide accurate information about products or billing, and document interactions in the system. Full training is provided, with benefits including HMO, life insurance, and career growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Senior High School Graduate or HS with old curriculum.
• No BPO experience required.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Alabang and open to shifting schedules.
