Inovalon is seeking a Compliance Operations Manager to support the Corporate Compliance Program across Legal, Privacy, and Compliance. You will coordinate training, vendor oversight, site audits, and documentation to strengthen execution, traceability, and accountability within the program.
The role requires 7+ years in compliance and related fields, with strong PM skills and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. This position is USA-based and not open to immigration sponsorship.

The India-based Compliance Operations Manager will support the management and execution of the Corporate Compliance Program, with responsibility for coordinating, overseeing, and driving key compliance operations activities across the Legal, Privacy and Compliance function. This role will provide operational support for compliance training, including tracking, follow-up, reporting, and related documentation as well as vendor oversight activities, including vendor compliance matters, site audit activities and follow-up monitoring. The role is intended to strengthen execution, documentation, and accountability across the broader Corporate Compliance program and its key operational activities.
