- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, or other allied health/science courses
- At least 1 year relevant experience in regulatory, compliance, or government work
- Knowledge of DOH/FDA rules, licensing, and regulatory processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email)
Responsibilities
The Compliance Officer will work on the licensing, accreditation, renewal, and timely renewal of LGU permits as well as licenses for Dialysis Centers. Help the compliance manager meet the deadline for finishing all compliance for DOH and LGU licenses.

Regulatory Compliance:
Processes Dialysis Center permits pertaining to the following:
a. DOH Licensing (LTO new application/ Renewal)
b. All LGU compliance to secure Business Permit
c. Sanitary Permit
d. Fire Safety
e. DENR/ LLDA Licenses
f. COR application
Documentation and Reporting:
- With supervisory/managerial experience at least 2years in clinical setting.
- Expertise in LGU permits application and renewal process.
- With DOH permits application/renewal and DOH compliance experience.
- Maintain and manage all necessary documentation related to licensing, contracts, agreements, etc.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management/ compliance manager on the status of liaisons and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards during the permit application process.
