Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
• Master's degree or professional certification is an advantage for managerial roles.
• 3+ years in compliance, QA, internal audit, regulatory affairs, risk management, or manufacturing.
• 2-3 years in a supervisory/managerial role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage ISO 9001:2015 compliance and audits.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Monitor regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain compliance documentation.
• Investigate nonconformities and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with government agencies, customers, suppliers, and certification bodies.
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
• Prepare management reports and compliance assessments.

Job Summary

A Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the company's manufacturing operations, products, business processes, and employees comply with applicable laws, government regulations, industry standards, company policies, ISO requirements, and sustainability requirements.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accountancy, Management, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Legal Management, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage, particularly for a managerial position.

Work Experience

• Atleast 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in compliance, quality assurance, internal audit, regulatory affairs, risk management, or manufacturing.
• At least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, paper, packaging, or similar industrial environment is an advantage.
• Experience in:
